Margaret Tait (1918-1999), stands out as one of Scotland’s most innovative and stridently independent filmmakers. Although her work was relatively unknown during her lifetime, recent years have heralded a more wide-spread acknowledgement of her significance. This programme will include a selection of her works and a short documentary by Marissa Keating and Glasgow Women’s Library.

This screening will be introduced by Marissa Keating and Laura Dolan from Glasgow Women’s Library.

You can book tickets in person at Dunoon Burgh Hall between 12pm and 4pm Tuesdays to Saturdays. Cash or cheque payment only.

During the festival weekend the box office will be open from 10am until the last film begins.
